Charleston 207
To me, there's nothing better than soaking my feet in the sand & water after a long day of adventure. Some of our favorite trip memories were made at this beach. This was Ben's first time to the east coast portion of the Atlantic Ocean and he loved it! The first night we arrived he found a sand dollar and tons of shells. It's fun to search around for these little beach novelties when you're near the ocean. We even saw a baby crab and two jellyfish!

This particular night, Ben and I went out for dinner at a GREAT local taco place called Taco Mamacita. It was everything you would imagine a little beach taco joint to be: open-aired, loud music, and overall just a fabulous atmosphere. I so wish I lived closer to a beach town. Seriously people, I belong there.

Can you even believe how beautiful that sunset is? I love how the Arthur Ravenel Bridge looks in the background. This bridge connects downtown Charleston to Mt. Pleasant, where we stayed.

**Oh hey- so I keep forgetting to mention that there's a super-fab giveaway coming up SOON. Like, this week or next week. Summer swimwear anyone?? I've got the good stuff and you're going to love it. Stay tuned so you don't miss it.

Hope your week is off to a good start. We are having 'awesome' weather here lately and I'm just enjoying every second that comprises a Michigan summer! My nights are mostly filled with long walks/runs, biking, ice cream, and anything else that involves being outside. ;) What are you doing to enjoy this season?
