Last Thursday I attended a braid & brow event hosted by Retail Therapy and featuring the lovely gals from The Standard in Old Town, Lansing. It was a great time! Michelle hooked me up with a beautiful crown braid and made me feel like a babe. It was my first time visiting Retail Therapy and it won't be the last! They have a beautiful selection of hand curated clothing, jewelry, and more. I've got my eye on a pair of jeans with my name on them. ;)
Everything in Old Town Lansing is beautiful right now. The trees are in full bloom and they were dropping white petals everywhere! Now if only the weather would cooperate. Ugh. It was only in the 40's and chilly when we snapped these pictures. Thankfully we have some warmer days ahead in the forecast. Bring it. I'm SO ready for summer.
I hope your weekend was great! I enjoyed the grand opening of Birch & Elm in Owosso and had a blast interacting and meeting new people. It was a great turnout. What a perfect addition to our downtown- more on that this Wednesday.
Yesterday after church we came home and chilled the most. It was wonderful. I love our Sunday afternoons. I made homemade lasagna and we rounded out the evening with a trip to our local ice cream shop. Sundae Sunday, right? Perfection.
