Summer is officially here and that means LOTS of popsicles are about to be consumed in our home.
Don't settle for high fructose store junk- make your own! These popsicles are crazy simple and really yummy. Even Winston likes them. ;) It's also a great way to use up some of those fresh strawberries you picked this year! These popsicles are healthy 'and' delicious. They would make the perfect addition to your 4th of July menu & festivities. Yay summer!
-Two cups of cubed watermelon
-Two cups of strawberries
-1/2 cup (full fat) canned coconut milk
-1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
-2-3 Tbsp. honey
Blend everything together until pureed and then pour into popsicle molds to freeze.
